Return and Refund Policy

LH Cosmetics is operated by LH Shoes Ltd.

We accept return requests for eligible products within 14 calendar days after delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, products must be:

• Unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
• In the same condition as received, with original labels and accessories.
• Accompanied by an order number or proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, opened, used or unsealed cosmetics and personal-care products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Gift cards are non-returnable, except where required by law.

These exclusions do not limit your rights regarding defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products.

How to Request a Return

Email info@lhcosmetics.ca within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your request.

We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request. Please request authorization before sending an item back so we can identify and process your return.

Once authorized, please send the item within 14 calendar days of receiving our return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, including when an item is no longer wanted or does not meet personal preferences. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.

If we provide a prepaid return label, its cost will be disclosed and, with your agreement, deducted from your refund. You may also arrange your own tracked return shipping.

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed item, please contact info@lhcosmetics.ca before returning it. We will cover return shipping where required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact info@lhcosmetics.ca promptly if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where reasonably available. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

The 14-day change-of-mind return window does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 days, or sooner where required by law.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If an item does not meet the return conditions, we will explain our decision and any proposed deduction before completing the return process. We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible change-of-mind returns.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, request a return for the eligible original item and place a separate order.

Order Cancellations

Contact info@lhcosmetics.ca as soon as possible to request cancellation. We will try to accommodate your request, but cancellation may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped. Applicable statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
