Welcome to LH Cosmetics. This store and website are operated by LH Shoes Ltd., operating as LH Cosmetics. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to LH Shoes Ltd.

These Terms of Service govern your access to our website and purchases from our store, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the platform that enables us to sell products and provide services to you.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights, warranties or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

1. Eligibility and Account Information

To place an order, you must be the age of majority in your province or territory of residence, or have the authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate and current contact, billing, payment and shipping information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and notifying us promptly of unauthorized account activity.

2. Products and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, prices and availability. Colours and packaging may appear differently depending on your screen or changes made by the manufacturer.

Product information is provided for general informational purposes and does not replace professional medical advice. Please read the product label, ingredients, directions and warnings before use. Individual results may vary.

These statements do not limit your rights if a product is defective, unsafe or materially different from its description.

3. Orders and Cancellations

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order but does not, by itself, confirm acceptance. We confirm acceptance when we send your shipping confirmation, unless we expressly accept your order earlier.

We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as unavailable stock, suspected fraud, payment issues or a material pricing error, subject to applicable law. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items and any associated charges that are refundable.

If you wish to cancel or change an order, contact info@lhcosmetics.ca promptly. We may be unable to change or cancel an order once processing or shipping has begun. This does not affect any statutory cancellation rights.

4. Prices and Payment

Unless otherwise indicated, prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you submit your order. Any additional charges for international deliveries will be disclosed where applicable.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Changes do not alter the price of an order we have already accepted, except with your agreement or as permitted by law.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Please review our Shipping Policy for available destinations, processing times and shipping options.

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier delays, customs processing and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional delivery costs resulting from an incorrect address may apply where permitted by law and disclosed to you.

If your shipment is delayed, lost, damaged or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact info@lhcosmetics.ca so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in these Terms limits your cancellation, refund or other rights under applicable consumer protection law.

6. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Our voluntary return and exchange conditions are set out in our Refund Policy.

Please contact us if you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product. Include your order number and, where reasonably available, photographs that help us assess the issue.

Any restrictions on returns, including restrictions relating to opened cosmetics, sale items or hygiene-sensitive products, apply only to the extent permitted by law. They do not remove your statutory rights regarding defective, misdescribed or otherwise non-compliant goods.

7. Product Use

Use products only as directed on their packaging. Check the ingredient list for known sensitivities and follow any manufacturer instructions concerning patch testing.

Stop using a product if irritation occurs and seek appropriate medical advice when needed.

We do not guarantee a particular cosmetic result. This does not exclude any warranty, condition or remedy provided by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

Website content owned by LH Shoes Ltd., including our original text, graphics and logos, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party brand names, trademarks, product images and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on our website does not, by itself, imply an affiliation or endorsement.

You may use this website for lawful shopping and informational purposes. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.

9. Third-Party Tools and Links

Our website may include third-party tools, services or links. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their independent content or practices, except to the extent required by applicable law.

10. Relationship with Shopify

LH Cosmetics is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with LH Cosmetics. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and LH Cosmetics, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with LH Cosmetics.

This section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may submit honest reviews and feedback based on your actual experience. Reviews must not contain unlawful material, misleading claims, personal information about others or content that infringes another person’s rights.

If you received a free product, discount or other incentive connected to a review, you must disclose that connection clearly. An incentive must not be conditional on providing a positive review.

By submitting content for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and use that content in connection with our store and its promotion, subject to applicable privacy and intellectual property laws.

We may moderate content for unlawful material, spam, personal information or other legitimate reasons. We do not remove reviews solely because they express a negative opinion.

We may suspend or terminate access to an account where reasonably necessary because of fraud, security concerns or a material breach of these Terms.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination, including obligations concerning accepted orders, payments, refunds and statutory remedies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory protections under the laws applicable in your province, territory or country of residence, or restricts your right to bring proceedings in a jurisdiction available to you under applicable law.

19. Interpretation and Severability

These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law, including any requirement that ambiguities in consumer agreements be interpreted in favour of the consumer.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Our failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively alter accepted orders or remove rights that have already arisen. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by law.
