Thank you for shopping with LH Cosmetics. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Shipping Within Canada
We currently ship to addresses across Canada.
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will normally begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
The following transit estimates apply after your order has been processed and shipped. Please allow an additional 1 business day for order processing.
Free standard shipping to eligible major urban postal codes:
- Ontario: 1–2 business days
- Quebec: 2–3 business days
- Other Canadian provinces: 3–4 business days
C$15 Standard shipping: 3–5 business days, including rural, northern and other remote locations.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Severe weather, statutory holidays, carrier disruptions and periods of unusually high order volume may result in additional transit time.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping to eligible major urban postal codes across Canada, with no minimum order value. Standard shipping to all other Canadian postal codes, including rural and remote destinations, costs C$15 per order.
Eligible urban postal areas include St. John’s, Halifax, Charlottetown, Moncton, Saint John, Fredericton, Québec City, Montréal, Ottawa–Gatineau, Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton, Kitchener–Waterloo, London, Windsor, Winnipeg, Regina, Saskatoon, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver and Victoria. Eligibility is determined by the delivery postal code; surrounding rural areas may not qualify. Enter your address at checkout to see your available shipping options and exact charge before payment.
All shipping prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes and the selected shipping charge are displayed at checkout before you place your order.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time after receiving the shipping confirmation for the carrier's tracking system to update.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Please carefully check your:
- Full name
- Street address and unit/apartment number
- City and province
- Postal code
- Telephone number and email address
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
Delivery Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, transportation interruptions, carrier delays, holidays and other unexpected events.
If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your shipment appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in investigating the shipment with the carrier.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows no delivery and you believe your package may be lost in transit, please contact us so that we can review the shipment and, where appropriate, open an investigation with the carrier.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you experience a delivery problem. We want to ensure that your order reaches you successfully.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:
- Check around your property, mailbox, community mailbox, concierge or reception area.
- Ask other members of your household if they accepted the package.
- Check with neighbours where appropriate.
- Allow up to 24 hours, as some carriers may update tracking shortly before the package is physically delivered.
If you are still unable to locate the shipment, please contact us and we will assist you with the next steps.
Returned or Undeliverable Packages
Packages may be returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, an unclaimed shipment, delivery refusal or other circumstances that prevent successful delivery.
If an order is returned to us, please contact us to arrange the appropriate next steps. Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests reshipment due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied when the order was placed.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs of the damaged product
- Photographs of the shipping box or packaging, when applicable
Please keep the product and original shipping packaging until we have reviewed your request, as the carrier may require photographs or other information when investigating shipping damage.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once processing or shipping has begun.
